The Real Madrid Star posted an image with his farewell message to Real Madrid. He recently helped the club to win their 15th UEFA Champions League trophy.   The farewell message reads: Thank you: It is the best and most appropriate word to express everything I feel at this moment, in which emotion and nerves barely allow me to write.
