President Mahama increases public service workers salary by 10% effective 1st January 2025. On the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Allowance, the government, according to sources, has offered GHS 2,000, up from the current GHS 1,200 for professional teachers. All this while, our negotiations have not achieved any meaningful outcome.  More disappointing is the fact that the Government Team does not seem to have the requisite mandate to respond adequately to our demands.
