Position Overview:
Our client in the brokerage industry is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Agents to drive sales and foster client relationships. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting brokerage products and services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining existing client accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the financial industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote brokerage products and services to potential clients.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize client retention.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and clients.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
7. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
8. Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or brokerage industry.
3. Sound understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading procedures.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
6. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
8. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
9. High ethical standards and adherence to regulatory requirements.
10. Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development activities.
