RECRUITMENT OF TEMPORARY ELECTORAL OFFICIALS
The Electoral Commission wishes to inform the General Public that as part of its preparations towards the conduct of the 2024 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections, it is receiving applications from interested persons for the following positions:

a. Registration Officers
b. Exhibition Officers
c. Presiding Officers
d. Registration Assistants (Data Entry Clerks and Lamination
Officers)
e. Exhibition Assistants
f. Polling Assistants (Verification Officers, Ballot Issuers and Name Reference List Officers)
All Applicants are to email their Application letters and CVs to the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission via the following address:
Applicants should indicate the position they are applying for, as well as the Region, District and Constituency in which they wish to work.
Duration of Engagement:
Successful applicants would be engaged for all the three (3) major activities of the Electoral Commission scheduled for 2024, namely the
Voter Registration Exercise, Exhibition of Voters Register and the General Election.
Qualification Requirements:
a) The minimum academic qualification for Registration Officer, Exhibition Officer and Presiding Officer should be a First Degree.
The minimum academic qualification for Registration Assistant,
b. Exhibition Assistant and Polling Assistant should be HND, Teacher Cert "A". Diploma or its equivalent.
An appreciable knowledge in elections and the terrain in which Applicant wishes to work will be an advantage.
Besides the academic qualifications, Applicants are expected to demonstrate the following technical and personal competences.
