Ghana Police Arrests The Killer Of The Military Man At Kasoa.


The Ghana Police have arrested a suspect named Benlord Ababio in relation to the murder of the Chief Military Officer in Millennium City, Kasoa. The incident occurred on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024, at approximately 4:20 pm.

POLICE ARREST ONE PERSON IN CONNECTION WITH THE SHOOTING OF A SOLDIER AT KASOA.

1. The Ghana Police Service has arrested a man in connection with a shooting incident which occurred at Millenium City, Kasoa, in the Central Region, leading to the death of a soldier.

2.Preliminary Police investigation has established that the suspect, Benlord Ababio allegedly shot the soldier at Millenum City Kasoa on Tuesday, 30th April 2024, at about 4:20 pm. 

The victim sustained gunshot wounds and was rushed to the Mother and Child Hospital at Kasoa for medical attention. However, he was later pronounced dead by the medical authorities.

3. Suspect Benlord Ababio is currently in custody assisting Police investigation.

4. The leadership of the Police Service is in touch with the leadership of the Ghana Armed Forces as investigation into the incident continues.
