RECRUITMENT OF COLLATION OFFICERS
The Electoral Commission wishes to inform the General Public that as part of its preparations towards the conduct of the 2024 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections, it is receiving applications from interested persons for the position of Collation Officer.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION:

Applicants who wish to work at the Regional Level (Regional Collation) /Constituency Level (Constituency Collation) should indicate their preference within the portal.
DURATION OF ENGAGEMENT:
Successful Applicants will be trained for the Collation of the 2024 Election Results at the Constituency and Regional Levels.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
The minimum academic qualification for a Collation Officer is a Master’s Degree in any of the following fields: Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
An appreciable knowledge of elections and the terrain in which the Applicant wishes to work will be an added advantage.
A minimum of five years of relevant workingexperience is required.
Besides the academic qualifications, applicants are expected to demonstrate the following technical and personal competencies below:
TECHNICAL COMPETENCE:
Computer proficiency in Excel.
Quantitative and Analytical skills
A good working experience in collating data, figures, etc.
PERSONAL COMPETENCE:
- Physical and mental alertness
- Firm and Fair in character
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
- Excellent team player
- Political neutrality
- A good knowledge of the terrain where the Applicant wishes to work
